The hotel is small, and the staff were always smiling and more than helpful. I thought having a cooler with bottled water on each floor, plus a bowl of apples near the elevator was a nice touch. The waiters after a couple of days, would bring our specialty coffee to our table. The concierge offered many helpful suggestions to add to the enjoyment. Upon leaving we felt we were saying goodbye to family, with a promise to return. Thank you! Rick and Rita

We throughly enjoyed our stayed. The location couldn’t be better. a few steps from el Zocalo, closed to restaurants and shops. Antonio and the front desk staff were always extremely courteous and willing to guide us. The only thing that needs improvement/training would be the staff at the coffee/snack bar, the staff are not very attentive, they would be talking among themselves while guest would be waiting to be acknowledged but other than that we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be staying there on our next visit to Mexico City.
