"The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Hangzhou for a few days. "

"Hotel was extremely homely and welcoming, just as the staff and owner were. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of town to get an experience closer to “locals”, and this hotel did not disappoint. Everything was clean, and I got a better night’s sleep here than our last stop in a big hotel. It’s so cosy, and the breakfast also deserves a mention; very healthy and tasty.
