"A lovely budget hotel in a Fontainebleau. Friendly welcome, clean, quiet room. Bathroom small by North American standards but not out of the ordinary in Europe. Close to everything, Fontainebleau Chateau is close, ( to enter the grounds) and the ticket booth about 15 minutes away. Place de la Republique is perhaps a 7 minute walk away, with a lovely market three times a week. Dining options are many, varied and close by, (il Primo Biaccio a great Italian place). "A quiet stay in an old farm. Rooms nicely renovated. When we arrived at the time we had already advised, no one was there and we could not check in. Tried phone and text but no one answered. "This property appeared to be decent however it was extremely loud due to the nature of access to the room via the outside corridor. People must pass by your window to get to their room and leaves very little privacy and is very loud. "Comfortable and convenient hotel. It looks big but is really quite small. The grounds are in need of a gardener but the oak forest in front of the hotel shield it from a very busy road. There is a Buffalo Grill opposite but there is no pedestrian exit so a little difficult in my opinion. The hotel is very close to Vaux le Vicomte and Fontainebleau if like us you like visiting chateaux."
