"Very clean and comfortable and walkable to the beach however not much in the way of amenities in the area. Pacific beach is pretty economically depressed and run down. Hosts were top notch. Home very tidy and well equipped. No view of beach or sounds of surf and neighbors look staight at the hot tub area so not private but felt great after clam digging in 34 degree weather. Family enjoyed themselves. "
