For the price I paid for the room, was a great deal! The renovated room was clean and nice. In room fridge came in handy. Shower pressure was a bit weak and the drain area smelled like rotten eggs. Figuring out the parking was a bit tricky. Other than that, I would stay again, only if the price was right.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely welcome — their attentiveness, warmth, and genuine kindness truly set the tone for my stay. A special shoutout to Estaban, who was seriously the best concierge I’ve ever encountered. Not only was he incredibly helpful with anything I needed, but his sense of humor and kindness made me feel like I had a friend in the city. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to making sure guests feel comfortable, cared for, and even entertained! The location is perfect — just far enough from the chaos of the Strip to feel peaceful, but still close enough to enjoy the skyline view and access the action if you want it. Honestly though, you might not even need to leave. The hotel has everything: amazing food options, entertainment, a beautiful pool, and a vibe that’s both relaxed and upscale. Highly recommend this place to anyone — especially solo travelers. Virgin Hotels Las Vegas nailed the balance of luxury, comfort, and fun. I’ll absolutely be back.
