"Lovely large room and comfortable bed with nice bedding. The cost was less than other hotels in the area. However I don’t think the room had been fully prepared - there was no loo roll, the lights in the corridor outside were turned off (making it difficult to get into the room!) and there was no milk with the tea & coffee tray. Breakfast was poor so I didn’t have any… However I would stay again due to great location and reasonable cost."

"The hotel is clean and tidy. Ample parking space. Staff are really friendly. Only negative, which would stop me staying there again, the toilet has a glass wall around it with hardly any frosting on the glass. Sorry but whoever designed this is either kinky or odd. It's ok if you were staying your night on your own, but there are certain things you don't necessarily do in front of a loved one!"

"From the moment I arrived and throughout my week's stay, the staff were professional, friendly and efficient. My room was very clean and maintained. Breakfast was excellent and good quality. "I had not realized how beautifully located The Gresham is to old town Leicester. The Gresham could use some refurbishing (hall carpets as an example) however, the ambiance was perfect for me. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast each day was delicious with reasonable selections. My room was quite cozy and comfortable. I have other trips planned from the US to Leicester and I will always book The Gresham for my stay. Overall, it was perfect for my needs. "
