We are family from Budapest. 3 kids smallest 7 months old. Spent a super nice week in Villa Agata. The hosts are very kind and helpfull. The location and the closest beaches are safe and peacefull. But also easy to visit paradise beach by car on demand. The view from the balkony... the charma of the house ... is the best

Sehr schönes Objekt mit tollen Meerblick.
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Balkon ist groß und ein toller Meerblick. Die Vermieter sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko es liegt oben auf dem Berg, nächster Strand 400 m 12% Berg ab. Aber man hat ja ein Auto und mit Kind sind wir immer nach Lopar zum Sandstrand gefahren. Sonst alles top, gerne wieder.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit Traumhaftem Meerblick
Ein hervorragende Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen und per WhatsApp stets erreichbaren Gastgebern. Diese haben sich auch noch nach der Buchung um einen Molenplatz für unser Schlauchboot gekümmert. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Handtücher und Waschservice waren mit dabei :-) Eine gute Lage der Wohnung mit wenigen Geh-Minuten zum Meer. Herrlicher Blick vom Balkon auf die Sonnenuntergänge und das Meer. Sehr schneller Internetanschluß und moderne Medienzentrale mit Internet-TV (YouTube und Co). Als Alternative zur vorhandenen Klimaanlage würde sich auch ein Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmer anbieten, da man dann mit offenem Fenster schlafen könnte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die angebotene Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und hervorragend geeignet um Rab zu erkunden - was wir auch 3 Wochen lang getan haben!

Super Wohnung mit wunderschönem Meerblick
Wir buchten die Wohnung bereits zum sechsten Mal, da wir uns sehr wohl fühlten und die Vermieter sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind !! Das Objekt entspricht absolut den Bildern auf der Webseite. Ein wunderschönen Garten kann mitbenützt werden, und das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer (Beschattete Essgelegenheit). Gute Restaurants in der Nähe (z.B. Pivac) Preis-Leistung passt hier auf alle Fälle. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert !

Nice apartment with great seaview
We spent one week in the apparent at the top floor with two kids and had a great time. The big terasse with sea view is great, the appartment has enough space for four persons. Beaches, diving base and some restaurants are just a short walk away.

Traumhafter Blick mit allem was man braucht!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Vermiter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Die sehr schlechte Bewertung eines Vormieters können wir in keinsterweise nachvollziehen. Die Tür war repariert, eine Waschmaschine wird nicht angeboten und ein Bügeleisen im Urlaub benötigen wir persönlich nicht. Wir hatten ebenfalls Laptop dabei und eigentlich keine Probleme. Wifi-TV hat teilweise nicht einwandfrei gearbeitet war aber für uns nicht relevant durch besagten Laptop. Über Einbrüche oder Angst davor sollte man sich insbesondere auf RAB keine Sorgen machen, wir schließen unser Wagen teilweise überhaupt nicht ab! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und eine Bewertung mit nur einem Stern ist mehr als unfair und nicht gerechtfertigt.

Entspannung pur
Wir waren insgesamt schon viermal hintereinander auf der Insel Rab in verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen. Diese Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) dieses Jahr nochmal hier unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einem der schönsten Flecken der Insel, sehr ruhig, mit vielen kleinen Badebuchten, die schnell erreichbar sind und etlichen guten Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, einige davon mit sensationellem Panoramablick. Die Wohnung an sich fanden wir sehr sauber vor. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht, um selbst zu kochen. Einen Grill gibt's es auch. Der Geschirrspüler lässt natürlich das Hausfrauenherz höher schlagen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bad ist groß und die Kinder werden sich wohl später noch an die tolle Raketendusche erinnern. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt da wir einen Laptop dabei hatten und problemlos deutsches Fernsehen per Streaming anschauen konnten. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist der gigantische Blick aufs Meer. Wir konnten gemeinsam von der großen Terrasse spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge anschauen. Wir waren sehr froh darüber, eine Klimaanlage zu haben. Insgesamt gesehen ist die Wohnung einfach ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die schönen Ecken dieser Insel zu erkunden. Wir kommen wieder!

Ruhige Lage und schöner Meerblick.
Die Ferienwohnung in der ersten Etage hat eine große Terrasse mit einem schönen Meerblick. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ruhig. Die Fotos geben alles wahrheitsgetreu wieder. Aber Waschmaschine,Mikrowelle und Bügeleisen waren nicht in der Wohnung.Wir hatten auch viele Mücken, da wäre ein insektenschutz an den Schlafzimmerfenster nicht schlecht. Ich sehe mir im Urlaub auch gerne mal die Nachrichten an, aber der Internet Fernseher hing sich immer wieder auf und zum Beispiel für die Übertragung der Fußballspiele vom Confed Cup und U21 EM hatte er keine Berechtigung. Am zweiten Tag bemerkten wir, dass die Terrassentüren beschädigt waren und nicht schlossen. Als wir die Vermieter darauf aufmerksam machten,sagte man uns, sie wüssten, dass beide Schiebetüren auf beiden Seiten kaputt seien,in 2 Tagen würden sie repariert. Es tat sich die ganzen 14 Tage nichts, der Schaden muss auch schon älter sein.Wir hatten schon mehrere Einbrüche im Urlaub, auch hier ist es kein Problem, auf die Terrasse in der ersten Etage zu kommen. Das die Terrassentür immer offen ist, wissen ja auch schon mehrere Leute. So ein Verhalten von Vermietern geht nicht, es besteht bei dieser Fahrlässigkeit auch kein Versicherungsschutz. Deshalb nur 1 Stern.

Secret paradise
With thousands of holiday lettings in Croatia this one stands out. Sandy and secluded beach is only a few minutes walk (in swimming costume and flip flops). Quiet area day and night with the most beautiful views. Unlike most of other lettings this comes with fast internet. If you have any queries just ask the owners - they are approachable, honest and helpful. If you are one of those jerks who comes for holidays to get drunk and makes lots of noise this is not a place for you. If you like some good food - local restaurant in Gonar serves delicious food and the menu can meet all demands.
