Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Steer clear. Conman
After paying up front. Turned up to the apartment to find there where already people staying there on a long term rental. Tried to phone the owner many times but got no answer. Eventually had to go stay somewhere else. Now hope to get my money back from Hotels.com
