The shower had hair on the walls. The towels had stains. There were people running and yelling down the hallways all night and into the early morning.

Beds were dirty. We had to change our own sheets upon arrival due to crumbs and urine stains. No towels in room, old food on floor under furniture, TV did not work and beds were horribly uncomfortable.

I walked into the room with the air-conditioning, blasting the bathroom fan on the window open. The curtains closed that were halfway falling down go to close the window and see the amount of dirt and grime and look like poop sitting in the window go to the bathroom and find, the free lotion and shampoos are been used not replaced so it makes me think. Did they even clean the bathroom look down I see that nothings been vacuumed. The couch in the room was missing pillow pillow cushions. I did not feel safe staying in this room with a look of the property pulling up seeing that screens, pulled off windows and just hanging in there And this random pool holding up the awning walking into the front door I wanted to refund I have to call the manager and talk to the manager offered me a new room, but I wasn’t even going to chance it in the fear of coming home with bedbugs or lice

I don't understand the bad reviews for this place.. I booked a suite for 65 bucks you cant beat that anywhere! My room was very clean, bed was SO comfortable, the ac/heat worked great, i could monitor my vehicle bc my room was on the front end, wasn't very noisy except a few kids running here and there not too often. Housekeeping didnt bother me, nobody bothered me matter of fact. My room key always worked when needed and extending my stay was quick and easy. I have zero complaints.

Upon entering the building, there was a huge wave of marijuana that greeted us. So I wasn’t feeling too hopeful when we got to our room. And I was correct. The room was absolutely filthy snd disgusting! A dirty sock was left in the bathroom, the shower and the floor in the bathroom still had hair and urine on the floor, the sink was plugged and the water wouldn’t even drain, the beds were so hard and the sheets had holes in them, the comforters had questionable stains on them and smelled horrible, etc… and the list goes on. If I could have given this place zero stars, I would have. The whole building needs to be worked on as there was a bucket in the front catching water from the dripping ceiling tiles.
