"I had originally made a reservation through Hotels.com for 2 nights and then made an additional night's reservation directly through the hotel and informed the desk clerk of this when we checked in. We stayed in the same room for the entire stay. However, our room key was closed out each day and we had to have it reactivated each morning in order to get back into our room. "
