This is a nice hotel but it is not anywhere near the level of a boutique Kimpton. Marcia at the front desk is rude and lazy. The restaurant is tasty and service is excellent.

Great place to stay! Closest hotel to the pools and water park! Great suites - we fit our family of 4 comfortably and happily. The suite surprised us with a kitchen - plus washer/dryer. We were given plenty of bottle waters. Only surprise is the cost of everything- nothing is less than $15.

Beautiful property ..check in was great . Biggest complaint is the butler service. They dont delieve on anything other than somethimg routine that you could easily do yourself. Probably better off booking through amex and get their amenities guatenteed instead of a suite with butler service.

"Property is georgous !! Stores and beach easy to walk to. Only issue is at night when cruise ships leave all the stores and restaurants outside close. There is literally Nothing to do here at night and no place to eat. All night action is at Atlantis or Baha Mar."
