"This property location is Everything. Not only could we comb the beach, we could soak in sunsets as well. Conveniently located a few minutes north of Cambria and a few minutes south of Hearst Castle. We had fantastic communication with our host and had all questions answered immediately. It was also refreshing to see that there were accommodations for kids and babies. Overall we had a great time. Would stay again 10/10!"

"We enjoyed our stay - beautiful views and the lovely sound of waves lulled us to sleep at night. We were 2 couples - one couple stayed in the downstairs bedroom beside a comfortable family room, and 2 bathrooms. The other stayed in the master suite on the second level which included a spacious well appointed living/ dining room and kitchen and a fourth bathroom. "

"I’ve stayed at countless vacation rentals and this one was the most impressive. An extraordinary property with complete privacy and seclusion. We were traveling with my 80+ years parents and it was great having 1 level which is a rarity in Cambria. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we needed for meals at home. The en suite bathrooms were perfect for 3 couples. The property was very clean (and I have high expectations being a host myself). We would absolutely stay here again!...

"We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would suggest is that the game room be updated with AC. Thankfully we didn't need to use the game room because not all that were suppose to stay showed up. There were a few things in kitchen that could have been updated i.e. coffee maker that takes coffee pods, can opener (both manual ones were broken), no trash bags supplied even though the manual said they would be under the sink. For our first time renting at the lake, it was overall a good experience."

"This community is insanely strict. Fortunately we were able to follow all the rules without too much trouble. Although we literally had to leave an EMPTY SPACE in our driveway and park one of our car MILES AWAY in overflow. We got threatened at least 6 times. You'll be fined $400 for this or $150 for that. One of our group has a handicapped placard, so we pulled up close to the doc next to where the locals had their trucks, just to drop her off and we got scared off with a threat of a fine. The...

"This is the 4th time that we have stayed at this property, spread over several years. Location is perfect, whether we want to walk the few steps to the beach, drive into Paso Robles for wine tasting, or visit Cambria just down the road. It's not fancy, but it is well maintained and very nice. Love that we can bring the dog, and they even provide separate dog towels and their is a small hose on the side of the house for post-beach dog activities."

"The house itself was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. I was slightly thrown off having a separate pick up location for the keys, but that didn’t end up being too out of our way. Also, lots of Spider-friends around. We found one in an entertainment drawer, one in one of the beds, and another one in the bathroom the next morning hanging from the ceiling.
