"Fabulous historic cottage. On a dead end road, right next to amazing walking tracks. Museum up the road is a must. Swimming hole at bottom of the garden in the river, bliss. "A well aged puzzle piece bach, in NZ forest, tucked down a dead end road. Surprising amount of traffic on the road during our stay. Neighbours were quite noisy also but the bach had everything we needed. Hot water for a shower was a bonus. The old Shacklock range is prone to smoking out the bach ..."
