"We loved the Chatrium. The room was large with a balcony. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast was amazing. It was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our 3 week journey. Pool was also very nice. We liked that they had the boat and that we could walk from the train station and to asiatique mall. I also left my iPad and the found it and had it delivered to another hotel for me. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend! "

"It was our second time at Shangri-La Bangkok. The stay was fantastic as always. The staff was really attentive and friendly, the room is spacious and beautiful, the food at the Lounge was just delicious. "The hotel is okay, the rooms are not bad and the service is very good. The only issue I had was around the bar as the bartender does not really know how to make mixed drinks and their wine is out of a box. The one advantage is that it is next to Hua Lampong subway station and there is a Starbucks right beside the hotel. It is a few minutes away from Chinatown if you like that area. "
