"We have been coming to Hot Springs for years and found this place just recently. Newly remodeled in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Everything is just as advertised. Host and co-host were great to work with and we had 0 issues. Was a nice weekend getaway. Will definitely be back! "

"We loved our time in this special place. Being both close to town and seemingly so beautifully isolated on this big property was exactly what we needed from the first days of our vacation. Our communication with Cody was so far beyond what should be expected. The kind, clear communication was appreciated. The house itself is very well equipped, the kitchen had everything we could have needed to make great meals. We arrived to a very clean, inviting space. We chose the house partially due to its proximity to Quinn's hot springs which us less than 30 mins away. We enjoyed our time in the river as well during some very hot days. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the upstairs balcony before the kids were up and around. We will definitely keep the house in mind for our next trip to Montana. Incredible hospitality!"

"First, the negatives: * No air conditioner. The listing was accurate, but I didn't notice the missing A/C until a couple weeks before the trip. Wouldn't have been a problem except we stayed in the 105 degree heat wave of 2024. * There is not a bridge near the house: Its a 35 minutes to Plains, and an hour to Thompson Falls. * Kitchen is small and has no dishwasher. The positives: * No internet. Like other reviews, I see this as a positive. We could get limited cell (AT&T) from the porch and deck to check messages or make calls. * House was spotless. * Host was very responsive and helpful. * Covered patio that overlooks the river is amazing! * You can put kayaks (they provide) and tubes in a few miles up the road and float! * Great movie selection. They have all the greats! Think of it like a camping vacation--where you don't have to deal with the typical headaches of camping!"
