"We stayed for one night to enjoy the River but when we arrived we were just blown away by how perfect the bungalow was. We felt right at home, beautiful decor that tied perfectly into nature, the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. The KP Hole ramp is right next door and was very easy for us to use and launch our paddle boards from in the morning. The water is crystal clear and looks exactly like the pictures, just absolute paradise. We loved every second at the bungalow and every second on the river. We cannot recommend this place enough. We have already rebooked for a long trip in the future! "

"This house is amazing....cute, well cared for neighborhood with hilly lots and high enough elevation (100+ ft above sea level so a comforting hurrication haven.) SUPER well appointed and clean in every nook and cranny, the owners have restored this adorable 1950's brick home with love and creativity, and made the original tub, tiles, floor and kitchen super comfortable and pretty and clean. Fantastic place! Wonderful owners, very understanding during hurricane evac time that was hard for us, they made it easy. Thank you so much for having this cute, loving place available and so well managed and well done in restoration. Linens and hospitality details like kitchen and bath items very thoughtfully and generously done. Great screened lanai and nicely treed fenced yard and carport as well. Even great art on the walls evoking 50's and garden feel. A+++++"

"Property was bigger and better than we imagined! It was laid out so nicely with open kitchen, dining and living which also flowed right into pool area. Pool is small but fire table and lights make it cozy for evening dips. Lots of games and books. Kitchen was well stocked and we made many meals. Bedrooms are spacious and each has a full bath. The kayaks were fun and easy to move on the trailer. Rainbow River was a blast! But also the only thing to do within an hourish drive. We did have a couple glitches worth mentioning: driveway is a long single driveway so we did a lot of switching of vehicles. The neighbor was an odd man and it often felt like he was watching us. The cleaning crew did not leave enough garbage bags and would not bring more so we used grocery bags for 2 days. However on our last day with a check out time of 11am the cleaners were sitting outside the property at 8:30 am, just waiting for us to leave. Overall I do recommend!. Its a great value for a quiet, lowkey stay. Jesse, the owner was easy to deal withand responded quickly. gjigghuspaciousand both have bathrooms "

"We had family members from age 4 to 74. We were all comfortable in the house. We spent most of our time on the dock or in the river. Beautiful location. The house was clean and spacious everything we needed for a family retreat over spring break!"
