Our home is located 4 minutes from Duke University and minutes from Downtown Durham! There is an electric bike on site to cruise along the American Tobacco Trail or commute to work. There is an outdoor Firepit and Wood Pellet Grill in the fenced backyard area for a laid back weekend. The home is equipped with a luxury, walk-in shower with heated towel rack along with a gourmet kitchen and appliances! There is a dedicated workspace for traveling professionals and games for guests of all ages!

Wonderful, clean home in a great location!
We loved this beautiful home. It was the perfect size for my family and we were so glad we could bring our puppy along with us. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. The kitchen and appliances were all working well and it was very handy to have a washing machine. The house itself was clean and well taken care of. I would happily stay here again with my family.
