Amazing Location! Newly renovated one-story home in Downtown Durham! Within 1 mile experience a show at DPAC, game at Durham Bulls Athletic Park, and restaurants!

Brand new floors, granite countertops and fully stocked kitchen. Relax on the front porch or enjoy eating on the deck. Your pets will love the private fenced in backyard.

1 King bed, 1 full bed. The living room houses a queen sleeper sofa and 42” Roku TV with 60 cable channels. Private parking in the back can accommodate 2 cars.

(Cleaning Fee: Please note that we pay our cleaners a living wage. None of these funds go to owner. )

*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days. They have 4 locations in Durham with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Chapel Hill and Raleigh.

Cute place
Small but comfortable. Make sure you bring spices, coffee and any other staples you think you’ll need, if you’re going to make anything to eat.There were 4 coffee pods there, but no ground or instant. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner also.

Good dog friendly space
Great house with a fully fenced backyard with a privacy fence (good for our dog who enjoys barking at everyone). The house was extremely clean, kitchen had basic utensils and supplies if you were looking to cook. The king size bed was fairly comfortable, not the best or the worst I’ve slept in (didn’t sleep in the smaller bedroom so can’t comment on that). The recommended three day itinerary and restaurant recommendations were helpful! Downtown bars were about 15-20 minute walk away. Overall good visit, would stay again!

Weekend in Durham
Brought the dog with us to just get away for the weekend. The couch isn't very comfortable for a weekend of just hanging out doing nothing. There was a chair but not very big or comfortable. Quiet area. Quick, easy communication with host.
