Check-in process was abysmal. Wrong room (2 queens vs 1 king reserved)... back downstairs ... "Expedia didn't tell us it was a king" (as if) ... only king left is pet friendly room ... looked ... it stank like dog piss ... back to reception ... sold out sorry all we have are the 2 queen beds ... settled for that. Buffet breakfast cancelled for tomorrow bc too many people are checking out? Unheard of. All in all an abysmal experience. Won't be back. Shame on you Hilton.

This is the second time I have stayed here, as it is a convenient option right off of I-85. The restaurant is a big plus, as I don’t have to leave the hotel to find dining and the food is surprisingly good. My room was spacious and lovely. Weirdly, there was only one lamp next to the bed, instead of two, and the bathroom had a strange unidentified humming noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
