Woke up to a half-flooded room. Water was pouring out of the ice-maker in the kitchen. I notified the front desk, but took over 2 hours for someone showed up to turn off the water. I had to empty a pot of water every 3 minutes for over an hour before I had to leave. I suspect water probably leaked into the room below but I don’t know. We were given a new room later that morning. I was informed that no adjustment to my bill could be made because I booked with Expedia.
I am kind of disappointed in the hotel and Expedia.
Otherwise I like this hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful, although no maintenance engineer on the staff after hours evidently.
