Get ready to make some memories! This 2-story home has been intentionally furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you find yourself watching a movie in our reclining sectional in the living room, having a pool tournament in the game room, or relaxing in the hot tub, you will be entertained throughout your stay!
Absolutely no parties, this is a quiet neighborhood. Cops will/have be contacted for noise violation. Maximum of 3 cars during each reservation. DO NOT PARK ON ROAD

Amazing property
We had such a fantastic time at this location… the game room kept the kids busy. It rained a lot so we didn’t go in the back yard. The host was quick to respond. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in North Carolina.

This property is located in a beautiful, small community within Raleigh with a grocery store and a handful of restaurants within walking distance. The interior is even better than the pictures. I did have an issue checking in (my fault) and after a quick phone call the situation was handled. If I could rate it a 6/5 I would. Thanks for hosting me.

This property feels like I shopped on wish. All the amenities were there, but nothing worked.
First, I never received a email with the information to check in. I finally called the number around 315 and the lady had to text me the code to get in the property. There were dirty clothes and socks in the master bedroom as the person Cleaning just stopped and left. They did come back for all of five minutes, which made me rewash the blankets because clearly they did it. The hot tub would not work without the electricity cutting off and, there were so many bugs and it’s definitely in need of Lawn Care which I’m sure brought more bugs. The breaker continue to shut off and none of the plugs in the room over the hot tub worked. The host was really nice over the phone, but this property definitely needs some electrical work as well as a detailed cleaning. I definitely would not recommend this place and I will not be staying here again. Then the same cleaning lady was rushing me out when it was time to leave and I’m sure that I left the place much cleaner than it was originally. The host did not offer anything for my inconvenience and I did communicate that I was there with my family for my son’s 28th birthday. My son recently came back from the military and. The only reason why I did stay was because it was too much to pack up and find somewhere else on such short notice. Oh, and also the half bag located on the main level had a leaky sink and you cannot wash your hands in that sink after using the restroom. It was truly a horrible experience.

Pictures are not accurate at all
First off the walls were absolutely filthy and air vents were covered in black it was repulsive. Other previous reviews state this so you can tell the cleanliness and upkeep of the house from that. There are several monitors and cameras throughout the house that were not mentioned or pictured it was super creepy and wierd. There was an actual monitor upstairs along with several dead cockroaches. Ants throughout every room. The hot tub was not working. I wish I would have read all of the reviews before staying as the cleanliness issues, Non working hottub , and Ants are apparent issues of the house for the last few years! Would not recommend!

Cleanliness is everything
I have stayed in or rented several places and the most important thing for me has always been cleanliness. A clean rental gives confidence that’s you are staying in a well taken care of home and unfortunately I did not have that feeling during this visit. First of all, there was trash in the cup holder of the chair in the living room. There was also coffee grounds still in the filter of the coffee maker. The linen closet has unfolded linens all about and soiled towels in the closet with additional items on the floor of the closet. The air return grill is absolutely filthy and I assume that the filter is just as dirty. This speaks to the confidence , or lack there of, that you would have in the place that you are staying. There were also not enough washcloths for all of our guests and the host had to order them to be delivered the following day. Julia’s (host) responses were timely, thoughtful and she was attentive. She was the highlight of my experience. The remaining issues were more of the same about cleanliness, preparation for the number of guests and doing the little things that can make a stay memorable for the right or wrong reasons. For these reasons, I would not be able to recommend this rental for anyone.

This was great location very convient to downtown. The only negative was the hottub wasn't working. The property manger was very responsive and helpful. In the end we couldn't get it working but the host said they would refund the hottub charge. Otherwise it was a great place!

We had a playground to build nearby and after a long day, the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery shopping a few minutes away. The game room was a nice distraction from work. Go ahead and try to beat my Galaga or Ms. Pacman scores!

Wedding weekend
We stayed at Julia's place for a family wedding weekend. It was myself husband and 2 year old. The house is as pictured as far as layout and amenities. Pros Close to everything and lakes and down town Raleigh is 20 min. Great communication from host even on her vacation when we wear there she was fast to get back to me and offered when she got home to come take care of the issues herself. Neighbors are really sweet and let our son play with their toys. Cons We got there and the sheets were dirty. Julia was on it and figured out a solution. The blankets on house to cover up with were dirty and there was a ton of ants. Ants in glasses,dishes everywhere. Julia did offered to come clean it or send pest control or bring new dishes and we just cleaned it and ordered out. For the cleanliness of this place I would give it a 3 communication, helpfulness of host and promptness of solutions I would give it a 5.
