Renovated in 2021, Cozy home with over 1900 sq feet of space. Two living room spaces, dining room, Kitchen w/island and barstools. Large front porch and back deck. Driveway is as wide as 3 cars side by side and as long as a 18 wheeler. Beautiful tree line in back yard. Plenty of room for pets. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

Great place to stay in Durham!
We needed a place to stay in Durham while my husband had surgery and this place worked out great for my family. It's very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We liked that all the bedrooms had TV's. Nice yard if you have children or fur babies. Host was very easy to work with and responds quickly to questions.

We were a group of four - two adults and two teens - touring colleges and playing golf. This property was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Convenient to anything you might need and each of us had our own room. A little off the beaten path, but a short drive to any of the local attractions and schools. The house is on a quiet street with plenty of parking. A nice new Publix is right down the road should you need anything. House is roomy and nicely appointed. Kitchen was well supplied and conducive to cooking for a good sized group. Would rent again for my annual get together.

Awesome home!
The house is the best - it has everything you will need. It is such a beautiful home and we definitely felt "at home". The spoken word art gave us life everyday. The layout of the home worked perfectly for us. On top of this, the neighborhood is quiet, a short distance away from Publix, and a short drive to Walmart (we had to pick up a couple of things). I'm grateful for the amenities because that means I didn't have to drag a big tote full of things.

Amazing property!
The house is absolutely gorgeous. It is super comfortable with lots of space for the whole family. We all felt at home here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. The kcup coffee machine was excellent since we have one at home as well. We had a great time relaxing in the living room and the back deck. We got to see a family of deer at dusk and dawn during our stay! Mitzi is amazing!! We always got a quick response whenever we messaged with questions. I will definitely be booking a stay on our next trip to Durham. Thank you so much for making us feel welcomed in your home.

Enjoyment in Durham
The home was sparkling clean and had the look of a newly refurbished residence in many respects. There were loads of amenities; even detergent for the washer was provided. It was tastefully decorated with furnishings that were of good quality and not dated. The lot was beautiful - very large with a beautiful deck out back. The interior of the home was great in terms of room placement. The master bedroom and bath were at the far end of the home, with three bedrooms and a bath at the other end. This split bedroom plan makes the stay very enjoyable, especially if there are younger children or teens in the group. There are actually two "living rooms" in the home - room for everyone to relax and do separate activities if need be. The kitchen with island made dining pleasurable, although we spent most of our time dining at local restaurants. A big plus for this home was Mitzi, our hostess. She was a great communicator and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. It was a very comfortable and relaxing spot for our family. We felt very "at home" during our stay.
