Your group will have easy access to everything from this centrally located quiet area. This home is less than 7 minutes from downtown, various music venues, shopping, restaurants, and a hospital.
Amenities include self-check-in, a full kitchen, a coffee center, a washer, a dryer, a gazebo, an outdoor grill, and an extra dining area. It is the perfect spot for family gatherings, friends getaways, or work retreats, but no wild parties.
This 2 story haven is nestled in a cul-de-sac that features ample parking in front of the house, and in the double driveway. The main entrance is handicap accessible and has wide doorways, flow-together rooms, and a 1/2 bathroom. This lower floor also includes a full kitchen, and two sitting areas: a den with a wide-screen television and two reclining sofas as well as a spacious living room with two sofas and a pullout bed.
Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms with three Queen beds, five twin beds, and a flat-screen television in each room. There are two full bathrooms and a laundry center.

Super convenient, accommodating host!
We stayed here with some family and friends for our daughters wedding. The host was super accommodating and we really appreciated her letting us check-in early. We did need to purchase some extra blankets, pillows and towels but that was more for our convenience and comfort level. There were an adequate amount on site. The neighborhood was great!

Property location was convenient to NC State. Home was very nice and accommodating for a large family. The coffee and the snacks were a huge plus.
