Roomy Renovated Home near Duke Hospital

Recently renovated 2 bedroom (and flex room with desk and futon couch), 1 1/2 bath home with hardwood floors, and modern, clean, comfortable furnishings. Full kitchen/breakfast nook, dining room/living room, and laundry area. Off street parking with carport. Large fenced in back yard. Close to Duke Hospital, 10 minutes to Downtown. Calm and quiet, yet not far from shopping district with grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Perfect for short or long term stays.

Please note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, guests are expected to abide by CDC/WHO guidelines, as well as all North Carolina and Durham Covid-19 guidelines. As of March 7, 2022, indoor mask mandates have been lifted in Durham County. Many private restaurants and arts venues are requiring proof of vaccination to enter. Full up-to-date orders can be seen at ncdotgov.
We do ask that guests are relatively quiet after 10 PM, as a courtesy to neighbors.
Parties and loud groups are not permitted. Thanks for helping us be good neighbors.

Medical Stay
We stayed at this property during recovery from surgery at Duke. It was an easy and short drive to the hospital and clinic for followup appointments and also near to many restaurants for take out and food delivery. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

We were in Durham for a Duke Graduation. The home is centrally located so it was quick access to campus and easy access to town. We brought our dog, so we were happy it was pet friendly with a fenced in yard. The home was clean and had plenty of towels and dishes for us to use

stayed a week. the highlight was cooking a meal there and having them over to "our house". I was unable to watch football tho because I couldnt figure out the tv channels.
