Make your own bed...
My room (215) is facing the air handling unit tower which generates a constant mechanical din especially noticeable at night. Housekeeping comes every 3 days only which is surprising for a $340/night stay, 'to minimize interruptions'. This would be less of an issue with a duvet in a standard duvet cover. Instead the duvet is sandwiched between two standard sheets and a major faf to make the bed.

Not very pleasant desk personnel . Also had a bad episode with another guest burping super loud at the gym . I asked him to please stop and he acted very disrespectful. I went to get someone from the desk and he basically laughed at us with the man burping . After that , we just wanted to leave as soon as we could .

I’ve never stayed in a room with noises like we dealt with in this room. Something in the walls groaned and made odd noises that sounded like flatulence. We laughed at first and thought is was a neighboring room. But it wasn’t. It was plumbing noises, odd buzzing, flatulence-like noise. On top of that, this property has predatory pricing on everything. A little bottle of iced tea? $6.75. And the service at the bar was poor. Long breaks with nobody there. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were fine, but the rooms are small and the common areas are sterile and cold.

The receptionist looked tired and talked with demeanor, he didn’t even smile. Maybe he just had a long day. Room 255 was is close to AC unit and it has a constant noise. We just didn’t want to call the unfriendly receptionist to make our night worst.

Went to the front desk and stood there for a couple of minutes then the employee who was standing watching tv finally noticed me. Bartender wasn't very professional. Morning crew was awesome and food was great
