There was hair in my bed, the sink had low water pressure, there was banging/construction upstairs all night so I couldn't sleep, and the manager offered 10k points to make up for the inconvenience but only issued 8k points. Very petty and unnecessary.

I was stranded in Asheville from storm Helene for three days with no gas, internet or phone service. Under the circumstances, I was hoping Tru would move my non-refundable reservation to another committed date two weeks later. They declined. Not happy about the lack of consideration.

I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn’t so insanely overpriced. Also know that this is a very dog friendly hotel. If you’re not bringing a dog and you don’t enjoy listening to barking it may not be for you.
