"The hotel had KO air conditioning and they claimed was broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay, this made every night unbearable in the heat. There was also not reception or bar services for two of our days staying at the hotel "

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. In general, great hotel...

"Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nach kurzem Anruf wurde geöffnet, Zimmer groß, WLAN sehr gut, gutes Frühstück extra zu bezahlen (!), Hotel neben Kirche, Glocken läuten bis 22:00 und dann Nachtruhe bis 6:00 :-). Sehr freundliches Service"

"Hat an nichts gefehlt, Gastronomie war sehr gut. Am 1.Eindruck des Aussenbereich sollte gearbeitet werden. Schild für Gastro am Kreisverk zb. Preis Leistung sehr gut, Zimmer sauber, Matratze 1A. Parken gerade für Biker im Innenhof."

"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

"Supergute Unterkunft. Besten Dank an die Hotelbetreiber! Alles war excellent. Gute Lage. Supermarkt vor Ort. Parken vor den Haus ohne Aufschlag. Eigene Küche, de bestens ausgerüstet war. Bücher zum lesen da. Außenterrasse."
