Annette and Stig were warm and welcoming. Attractive, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Gluten free diet nicely accommodated. Very well-run, delightful hotel.

En perle i Randers
Hele opholdet var fantastisk. Anette var der til at tage imod os og forklarede hvordan alt fungerer. Morgenmaden er helt i top hvor Anette og Stig kræser om gæsterne og sørger for at alle er tilfredse og mætte når de går fra bordet. Hotellet er baseret på hygge og nærvær, som gør det unikt i forhold til mainstream hotelkæder, hvor man blot er en gæst. Kan anbefale Stephansens til alle som er ude efter det personlige forhold og ønsker mere hygge på ens ferie.

Very nice, good breakfast, Steen and Anette Stephenson delightful, best location for central Randers, charming details, quiet. I was driving EV and several close-by charging stations. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, central plaza, movie theater all within 5 mins walk.

Very friendly check-in taking Corona in consideration. The hotel did what they could to make it a confortable stay. Breakfast was pretty nice.

Yderst lækkert hotel
Rigtigt hyggeligt hotel i rolige omgivelser, selvom der ingen personale er ved vores ankomst gik det gnidningsfrit og nemt med koder/nøgler, morgenbordet er et kapitel for sig med sjældent set så god en betjening og udsøgt morgenmad, værelset og toilet/bad var fineste reneste stand. Vi kan kun anbefale dette lille fine hotel
