There were no cups or glasses in case you wanted a glass of water or a cup of juice. You would have to use a coffee cup for that or a wine glass. We had to go to the store and buy our own red solo cups. There were also no hand towels in the kitchen. We went and bought that too. There were very few towels and clothes in the whole house, which was surprising since it is advertised to sleep 14 people. If there were that many people, then they would be sharing towels. There is no game room or gym or office as was stated on the website. There are two washing machines, and neither worked.
