Overall it's very claustrophobic ambience. There's no effort to make the common area more homey! Very disappointed given the rate is not cheap!"

"I got one of the windowless rooms and it was so cozy and had just enough for my needs. The staff was really nice. The restaurant for dinner was fabulous (amazing cocktails) and the buffet breakfast.
