Tinidee Hotel Ranong

B.C. Badin Resort

3.0 star property
5.4 out of 10, (6)
"Very 3rd world , with no hot water or soap!!! No staff speaks English and very basic fried food choices. Am leaving 7 days early as I won’t last another day here. For the daily rate of $100 you would expect more then instant coffee for breakfast with fried eggs in palm oil :) "
B.C. Badin Resort

Baanchuengkao Resort Ranong

3.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (6)
"Hotel difficult to find as map pinpoint was wrong - so had to do several U-turns on dual carriageway to locate it. The hotel is OK. We booked a "deluxe executive" chalet but all of the others looked the same. Room was big and bed comfy but aircon noisy. Pool was nice. Breakfast not worth getting up for. Not far from Tesco but not much else. Just an average motel for a one-night stop."

The Blue Sky Resort Koh Payam

2.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (44)
"Blue Sky was lovely in terms of design, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The internet was very spotty ans for 100usd/night, it should have been better. Also, the food was terrible. While overall it was a beautiful place with nice staff, those two issues, plus the fact that it was on the more isolated side of the island (read, no beach bars, fewer restaurants), I would never stay there again. There were nice beach huts and other resorts that were a fraction of the price and much better...
