"Jean Paul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass er es mit Freude macht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man nur brauchen könnte. Auch Dinge wie Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Kochutensilien... Eine tolle Ausstand für kleine Kinder (unsere waren 2 und 5) Es war nicht ganz klar in der Anzeige, dass das 4. Schlafzimmer gleichzeitig das Wohnzimmer ist. Aber durch die vielen Betten ließ sich das auch lösen. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Und der Ort ist ebenfalls schön mit...

We used it as a base to travel the area, going as far away as Baden Baden, Switzerland and closer to Strasbourg and Colmar. Nicole is a lovely host and the welcome gift of local sweet bread was wonderful. Thank you"

"The house is very beautifull and wel equiped, everything you might possibly need is there. The rooms are even more beautifull than the pictures show. Only the communication with the owner and the housekeeper was difficult. It was not clear for us how to check out and in. And we received a strange SMS message from the housekeeper that we had to pay 100 euro extra, which was not true..."

"We throughly enjoyed our three nights in Anke's cottage. It provided a great base to explore Strasbourg and the Alsace region. The cottage itself is cozy and enchanting, located on the grounds of a larger chatelet. Anke and her husband Eric were welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend!"

"Wir sind sehr gut empfangen worden. Die Verwaltung war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit Internet. Das Problem wurde sofort behoben. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was gebraucht wird. Es gibt sehr viele Wanderwege die sehr nah zur Unterkunft sind. Es ist absolut ruhig. Fuchs und Hase sagen sich gutenacht. Trotzdem ist ein Bäcker und Metzger in der nähe. "The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. "Really nice hotel with a good choice at breakfast. Secure parking was at a cost of €3.50 a day. I did think that i had already paid for parking in the option chosen when booking but the lady at reception said that it was incorrect on Hotels.com. We stayed on a Monday night and there were hardly any places to eat that were open at teatime, I'm sure on a Friday or Saturday night though there would have been a larger choice. Would stay again."
