"We came up from Rome on the train and found our cozy apartment not far from the train station. As older visitors negotiating the spiral staircase with our luggage was a challenge. But it added to the charm of the apartment. It was a great location not far from the bus stop nor from the bay. A short walk along the waterway brought us to all sorts of restaurants and shops. "We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"administration before arriving was easy and correct. Upon arriving i met the very wonderful owner who shared all the details of the property and was very friendly. The property was an absolute delight. Views, quite location but with Rapallo down the road with everything. I particularly enjoyed the range of books at the property. The accommadation is an ideal lovers get away, a bit in the hills and private."

"Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. One of the previous reviews mentioned the oven was broken, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a brand new oven which works perfectly. Overall we had a very nice time and...

"Due to weather warnings the owners said that we had to check in a day later than we had reserved. This resulted in the added expense of another night in our current lodging before arrival which wouldn't have been upsetting, except that the owners refused to refund us the day that we lost with them. "This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !"
