"Great location and place to stay for atv trail riding. Hot tub was nice but difficult to get in and out of. Maybe just rotating the tub so the steps go in at a better place. There was no place to step in that was flat so I had to sit on the ledge then lower yourself in. The seating area and kitchen was great for groups.
