Quiet and exclusive golf course neighborhood right on the edge of the Black Hills, 20 miles from Mount Rushmore, 20 mins to Sheridan Lake, while being a quick 15 mins to downtown. Easy access to Black Hills and and the surrounding attractions with ease. The home is super close to Highway 16 (Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, etc.) leading to Highway 385 (Lead, Deadwood, Sturgis, Hill City, etc.) and several area attractions as well as Sheridan Lake Road, a main artery leading to Rapid City central.
The open and inviting entry way features real ceramic tile flooring that leads into the kitchen and dining room where you'll find a modern kitchen with plenty of seating, stainless steel appliances, and a stocked Keurig. There is a sliding glass door leading to the patio where you can grill or relax with a view to golf course and the Black Hills. Move up or downstairs to watch TV, relax on the sectional with powered recliners - great place to take a nap or enjoy a movie - able to watch free on GoogleTV or sign into your own streaming services. Games are provided for all ages (Klask, Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.)
This home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three car garage. The upper level includes the living room with 3 powered recliners, bedroom, bathroom and the awesome master suite with inset trayed ceiling, a large walk in closet, bathroom with a custom tiled shower, double vanity plus there is a 14x12 bonus room off of the master with a futon, foosball and air hockey games. The lower level includes a large living room with the 2nd TV, 2 more bedrooms, bathroom and finished laundry room.
Please note that this is a covenant controlled neighborhood. There is NO street parking allowed, however, the three car garage and driveway provide plenty of parking for your vehicles and bikes. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am. All of the neighbors have our contact information to address any issues that might arise.
Be advised that the person making the reservation must be among those staying at the house for the entire stay.
Also, due to severe pet dander allergies, NO PETS are allowed on the property at any time. This includes pets that belong to your guests that come to the house during the day.
Water softener installed - Rapid City has naturally hard water supply that can result in dry skin, damage to hair and nails, white stains on new surfaces, etc. You don't have to worry about that during your stay at our property! (Effective 4/25/22)
