Stunning 5-Bedroom in the Heart of the Black Hills

At the heart of the Black Hills, your family will love being minutes from hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, Storybook Island, and downtown Rapid City. Less than 15 minutes gets you to Bear County, Reptile Garden, and Watiki Water Park; 30 minutes to Mt Rushmore National Monument, Hill City, the 1880 Train, Wineries, and more; 1 hour gets you to Custer, Badlands National Park, Lead, Deadwood, and so much more! There is no shortage of things for you and your family to enjoy in the Black Hills!

You'll love our home for your family or group stay! Each bed has a memory foam mattress and luxury sheets so no need to fight over who gets the best bed! The upstairs features 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen, and two twins) all right next to each other, while the basement has a double suite with bunk beds, an extra twin bed, and a queen bed, which provides an ideal set up for two families with children or whatever group you may be traveling with. All of our bedrooms have end tables and dressers to make your stay feel even more like home.

Upstairs we have a bright and sunny kitchen, living room, and dining room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, dishes, and all that you'll need to cook your own meal. And, of course, coffee! Feel free to use our coffee maker and stocked, locally, fresh roasted coffee to make drip coffee, french press, or even single serve pods. Downstairs you'll also find a sauna, dedicated work space and desk, and a cozy theater room. Sweat it out and bolster your health or unwind and enjoy the immersive experience of a big screen, with our amazing sound system, in a nice cozy sectional. Both of our TVs (upstairs and downstairs) use a Roku, and you're welcome to stream any of the available channels and log into any other streaming services using your own logins.

Outside you'll find a propane grill for those beautiful summer night cook-outs and an outdoor table and chairs where you can relax and soak in some sun while you enjoy a delicious home cooked meal.

We use top of the line equipment for all of our technology. A smart lock with a dedicated code for each individual guest ensures the home is secure. A Ring doorbell provides extra protection and video surveillance for the property. Our TVs each feature a Roku device that allows you to stream a wide range of free channels, movies, and shows, as well as allowing you to access your other streaming accounts with ease so you can have the comfort of your own preferences built in as you stay here. And, of course, no home in 2022 would be complete without fast reliable Wi-fi, which you are free to use!

You'll find plenty of space for parking with the drive way and on street parking, but should you need additional parking space you are welcome to message us for access to the back parking area and garage.

Please note that we do allow for most of your furry friends, but we do not currently allow cats at our home. We do have a fully fenced backyard, but please be aware that it is only 4' high chain link, so won't stop those pesky fence jumpers. Additionally, we do ask that you limit the amount of time that your pet will be unattended in the back yard. Yard damage can be costly and difficult and we appreciate you helping us to avoid such a problem.
