We chose to use Sunday as a relaxing pool day and a large family with several children who were not guests arrived and spent the day. They were so loud we stayed away from the pool until they left, late afternoon. "We loved absolutely everything about our stay in Cortona! Samantha and Alen were great communicators and made the check in easy. The apartment is perfection! From the tall, shuttered windows, beautiful tiled floors, high ceilings and amazing terrace, it was amazing!! The location couldn’t have been better and the views….. Even though I didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. All in all- wow!! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back."

"We booked a room but did not know that there was a generator near our room and was loud. The staff upgraded us to an apartment after a couple of nights. Just a tip, book an apartment if you are thinking of staying here. Breakfast was ok since there’s no shops anywhere near this place. If you can rent a car, better but I think taxis go here. "Great stay at this lovely country apartment 10 minutes away from Siena. The apartment is in a restored farm house and was spacious for us, near a restaurants, grocery, and highway. Unfortunately, the weather was very cool so could not use their lovely patio. Siena was beautiful but better to visit early morning as it gets crowded. We used St. Katherine parking garage a perfect location. I highly recommend this country home for your next trip"

Particularly recommended if you prefer the charm and individuality of an old "tipico" historic building over a modern anonymous one. Siena deserves at least a few days of your itinerary. "Great location and a roomy apartment on the main street with il campo a brief walk down the street. A small band performed almost every day outside the apartment which was a nice vibe. Paulo was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend."

He was so accommodating and helpful, both before our arrival and during. He even took care of picking us up in Florence and also securing bus tickets with great seats upon our departure. "Great location inside the walls of Montelpuciano. Town was uphill from the apartment. Fernanda was very quick to reply on What's App and had a great bottle of wine waiting for us. The closest parking lot was always full during the day but was still able to park in the free white parking spots as long as we came back after 4:30ish."

"If you are considering Siena then put this location and rental company at the top of your list. There were five of us and we could not have enjoyed our stay any better. Check in was excellent and they were very accommodating. Location could not be better just a 2 minute walk to Piazza del Campo. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. Lastly our hosts recommended several places to dine and they were excellent!! We will be back to Siena 😊 TP"

"Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Siena. Perfect location - we were able to walk to everything. Only thing we needed a cab for was the 3 mile trip to the train station. Our host met us at the villa for check-in and explained that he actually grew up in the house! The space was huge! Really felt like we weee locals staying there.
