"All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good hotel facilties, great snorkeling. Food is good, lots of options, but theres always a big queue for the really good stuff like prawns and mangos which are not offered every day. "The check in process is not the best. Staff are kind and cheerful, but not professional enough. Mr Rafaat was helpful and tried to make things better. "Booked at premium rate for payment on arrival. Within days of booking the full payment had been taken from my account, then on arrival a 2nd full payment was taken. "Property was ok, sometimes staff were miserable. From what I saw poor hygiene. Just need to be careful. Had a fridge in the room, which was good to keep our fresh fruits. Air con worked well.
