"It was a pleasant, comfortable place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, I would wish they would dim the restaurant lights for dinner. They were really too bright: reminded me of other places in the world where they like to indicate that it is time for you to leave."

"Wow! We had a fantastic time at the Santa Cruz Plaza hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful.
