"Très déçus de pas avoir pu manger au restaurant un soir de St Valentin, impossible de réserver en ligne, même pas pris la peine d'essayer de trouver une solution, obligés de se débrouiller pour trouver à manger à l'extérieur, et qui plus est, assez loin avec embouteillage. Un hôtel sans pouvoir manger n'est pas un hôtel, peu importe le jour. (Pas de services proposés dans l'hôtel comme massages, spa,...) Lit bébé "cassé" et pas de matelas dedans. Impossible de s'assoir sur la terrasse car...

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!"

Très bien situé entre la côte et le Maido ce qui nous a permis de partir assez tôt le matin, de bénéficier d une vue dégagée sans nuage puis de revenir à la Villa pour prendre un bon petit déjeuner avant de reprendre la route. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau c'était l adaptabilité de Sabine qui a répondu à nos souhaits pourquoi pas prévus dans la prestation...je recommande...
