"House was clean, beautiful and hosts were extremely accommodating. Kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, ac was on when we arrived, WiFi access was clearly visible on counter with a welcome sign. This house was a winner, lived up to the pics on website."

"Everything was great except the house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The water pressure in the showers was horrible and the downstairs shower could not get hot water. Previous guests broke some things that were left for us to deal with. Other than those things we had a great stay! "

"There was a problem with the original home we chose and we were graciously given several option as a substitute. The one we chose worked perfectly for us and the kids couldn't have been happier! Thanks for the wonderful experience. "

"Overall we loved this place.There were several issues throughout our stay that we opted to not have addressed. We were only there for 4 days and didn't want our quality family time interrupted with a maintenance person. One issue was related to the shower, the bath feature didn't work - not a big deal for us, another was that the dishwasher didnt work - that was a bit more of a hassle for us as we were making large meals and accumulated a lot of dishes, the last issue was that the door to the kitchen area didn't seal properly. This also wouldnt have been a big deal if the weather had been better. Unfortunately 3 of the four days we were there it rained and hailed and water would seep into the kitchen. The listing mentioned that certain things would be available on site but I usually bring my own cleaning supplies and such, though I did not bring anything to mop so we did what we could to maintain the floors while we were there but unfortunately they only provided one disposable mop pad. I also dont think their standards of cleanliness were up to par with ours as there were dead bugs EVERYWHERE. In every light fixture, every windowsill, etc. We brought so many unnecessary things because the home provided them without us knowing ahead of time (cornhole baords, chairs for a fire, etc.) I also didnt love having to walk through people's yards to get to the dock.Starrwas exlent and communicated well with us, even helping to find a boat launch for us to put our Pontoon in the lake. "
