"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Grof. The accommodations were great. The attached cafe and restaurant had excellent food and a wonderful homey ambience. The breakfast was amazing. I liked it so much I extended my stay to relax and refresh before traveling home. I had to leave before breakfast on my day of check-out and they prepared a wonderful gourmet to-go meal for me. I’d totally recommend anyone to stay here!"

"Adjacent a main highway, but the traffic noise wasn't bothersome for us, though it might have been if you wanted to leave a window open. The breakfast area seemed a little too small for the number of guests, and in particular the coffee machine was a real choke point. Great location for exploring. We found delicious kebab at the beer fountain park in Zalec and toured a very nicely restored castle in Celje. "

The description said, apartment at the main building, but the lady at the reception gave us the furthest apartment, even though she knew that we have two toddlers, a lot of luggage and we have to leave at 3 am the next day. She also wanted us to pay the hotel a cleaning fee whuch obviously not stated at the description. "
