"This is a great place for a cozy getaway in the summer or winter! Our view of the river was incredible, and the house is beautiful. I was most amazed at not only the timely clearing of the parking lots well before 7 am from 6 inches of snow, but also at then clearing the snow of all the vehicles parked there! "This is my second time staying here. This experience was definitely better than the last as I knew exactly what to expect in regards to noise, the band, parking and crowds. We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Mount Snow and it was a great location, too. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable. There was a TV in the room, but it was very small and not great quality -- but, that wasn't what we wanted to stay for anyway!
