"The location and grounds were great! We had a little trouble finding some basic items - remotes, light switches. Having a binder with all the details would be very helpful (wifi passwords, codes, how to reach manager, where to put trash, check out procedures, etc). Our negative about the stay - we had multiple people come to the property while we were staying who did not introduce themselves and we weren't given awareness they would be coming, it overall gave as an uncomfortable feeling. As we were all adults, it was less of an issue, however if my children had been with us, we would have been very uncomfortable. When I did speak with the manager after asking some questions through the app, he was very kind and helpful - some of these questions could have been avoided with a binder of information as previously described. "

"The location of the property left us with a variety of things to do especially because we didn’t mind driving 30-45 minutes to our events. The property itself is very well maintained and was presented with a clean yet still homey feel. Thanks Mr. David for facilitating our weekend getaway!"

"This is a fabulous property! Beautiful home, amazing pool and outdoor space, and a great event venue. We were in town from MN for our son’s wedding in Aubrey. We rented this property for 12 family/friends and to host the Grooms Dinner for our out-of-town guests. Everything turned out amazing. Terri was fantastic to work with and having her nearby was great. Highly recommend! "

"This was a last minute booking and a great price for our group. A few things I'll point out the yard was not kept up.It looks like they had storm damage and everything was still down the yard was not able to be used at all.The coffee pot was not there luckily we brought our own.The pool was cloudy and I had to clean the bugs out when we got there. Id highly recommend they get a property manager. It has phenomenal potential to be such a great place. Overall we had a great trip and hope they address a few things and this place will be great!!"
