"Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you. "

"My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the location. Right on the beach and a quick drive/15 min walk into town. The only negative would be the lack of WiFi, but it’s perfect if you’re looking to unplug! Our hosts were excellent too. Would definitely stay here again."

"The pool was too cold to swim in. The pool snack bar was closed all week. You can’t eat or drink around the pool and if you leave the pool area which is gated you can’t return for ten minutes. The accommodation was basic and dirty, we had to ask to move rooms. All up big hills so no good for anyone wi to mobility issues. No air conditioning. The shop was good but expensive. Remote location, need a car or Ubers become expensive. The pool of it was warm enough to swim in would have been amazing....

"We were looking for a villa that would accommodate us all, had a heated pool and was within walkable distance of the town. We know Sainte Maxime well so knew this would suit us perfectly. Villa Plein Sud did not disappoint. It is well appointed and comfortable. For us, the addition of a proper shower over the bath upstairs would be beneficial for easier use. We had a lovely holiday and would book again. "

"L'appartement était sale, la balayette à toilette était pas exemple immonde. Il n'y avait pas assez de couette, ni assez d'oreiller pour tout le monde alors que l'appartement était pour 4. La douche était cassée. Les portes menaçaient de nous tomber dessus a tout moment. Du coup nous ne pouvions pas nous doucher. Du coup nous sommes partie 4 jours avant la fin du séjour. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire il n'a jamais répondu."

"Nous avons jamais connu des propriétaires aussi gentils, accueillants, adorables et serviables que Christine et Daniel. Ce lieu est vraiment époustouflant ils en ont fait un vrai havre de paix. "We had a lovely time staying here in Sainte Maxime. Communication with Mr Huet was great and checking in was simple. The apartment is comfortable and a good size (bigger than expected!) and has most things that you need. You do need to bring your own towels and sheets, but that was easy enough for us as there were only 2 of us staying. The location was peaceful, but very close to the beach and town. I would definitely come back. :) "

"Overall a lovely stay. Accommodation is part of owners home but remains private with own access and private terrace with outdoor furniture. Well equipped for all our needs. Decor is a little dated but comfortable. Good 20 min downhill walk into Le Lavandou, 30 min steep walk back. Owner is friendly and available if needed, we communicated well with a mix of limited French and English. Would stay again, thank you Catherine"
