The Villa dates from the belle époque, it is very bright, spacious and open to the sea facing the Golden Islands, its location in the heart of the village of Rayol allows access to the beaches and shops on foot.

The property was meticulously renovated in 2020 with period and contemporary materials, the very elegant and modern interior offers great comfort and brightness in all the rooms of the house, with very generous outdoor terraces to peacefully contemplate the magnificent sea view.

Le Rayol is a small, unspoilt village on the seafront between Cavalaire and Le Lavandou and a few kilometres from Saint Tropez. A village in the heart of a luxuriant nature with its famous botanical garden.

The AMICITIA villa offers 225 m² of living space with a large period living room, sea view and south-facing terrace.
3 large, bright bedrooms with king-size beds, bathroom with shower and bath, toilet, a dormitory for 4 children, sleeping 0.90 X 200 with its own shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor terrace under a pergola.
There are two private, enclosed garages for 3 cars and an enclosed outdoor parking space.

- Swimming pool toilet and storage space

An external lift serves the 2 levels from the garage. A large 11 m x 4.50 m mirror pool with an incredible sea view, the water is treated by a BIO UV system, which allows you to bathe in fresh water without smell or chlorine. A bubble bench completes the services of the pool which is secured by a roller shutter. Outdoor shower.
A petanque court with a sea view is also at your disposal.

Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday for periods of 7 days/14 days/21 days/.... for July and August.
