The facilities wasn't bad, the interior lounge/entrance was nice and quite appealing in terms of scenery. But, the room wasn't that great, I do feel as though, it's in need of an upgrade as I purchased the upgraded suite with the balcony and still wasn't pleased. The wallpaper was peeling off and folding in on itself. Also the TV refuses to stream and mirror devices even though it offers the option. Overall the experience was ok, but that's because I'm nice but I do feel that it needs an upgrade.

Was ok but for price paid I would dispute the following: 1) there was a big event on which the staff were obviously overwhelmed staff, didn’t appear to be much in term of planning for stock as the bar ran dry - this resulted in a big wait for food which wasn’t great for the price paid 2) the room was dated and smelt of smoke on arrival, the fuse board was buzzing all night. 3) that said the swimming pool was great and breakfast was superb Staff need to be managed better, hotel needs a bit of a refurb but other than that wasn’t horrific

Room looked fine when we entered however next morning when we wake up we had rashes on our body may be bed wasn’t clean very disappointed.And the bathroom has its towel hanging just above the toilet seat which is not hygienic and anyone could drop it in the toilet so i couldn’t use it.Staff was friendly specially at dinner .

Hotel was a lovely stay. Due to our late check in, we had a double room of two beds instead of one (however these were pushed together so it was fine)., We were also upgraded to a balcony room which was a lovely surprise. Views were amazing in the morning and it made us feel like we were on holiday. Clean spacious room, bathroom was clean apart from a very dirty non slip mat with hair on there. Water bottles were also missing from the room however the reception provided a warm, friendly and efficient service to get this sorted. Breakfast was nice but the range was less than when we stayed any Reading East a few weeks before. Overall, a nice stay.

Great breakfast buffet and clean and airy property with large windows. The only downside was the unknown fire drill that sent me fleeing out of the room and the difficulty in getting an Uber or taxi

Housekeeping poor..stayed 4 nights and only towels changed daily..bed just spread up..refreshments only replenished once during stay....ie..tea, water etc...also had issue with disabled parking..plenty marked spaces at hotel, but not monitored and were being used by non badge holders
