What I didn’t like was the lady who was in charge of cleaning up for breakfast she was very rude,we arrived 15 mins late for breakfast we walked the front desk they told us where breakfast was this lady said breakfast is closed and walked us to the front desk to ask who told us it was still open,she could have just offered us what she didn’t put away but she was very rude

Very nice, comfortable and pleasant staff. Decent breakfast, good coffee. Only two complaints- having to wait for towels in the pool area and once they never showed up. And a couple times we returned to the hotel later in the evening and could find zero parking within a reasonable walking distance.

Love the place, but disappointed this time
I was totally excited to come back to this hotel with my family and extended family after a trip to Dutch Wonderland. We had plans to come back and let the kids cool off and burn off remaining energy in the pool while the adults were going to relax in courtyard with some drinks from the bar. Both were closed!!!! Total disappointment! I highly recommended this place over many others after having stayed here in the past and I felt responsible for the failed plan. Wish we were warned ahead of time that both would not be open. Would have factored into our plans.

I was totally excited to come back to this hotel with my family and extended family after a trip to Dutch Wonderland. We had plans to come back and let the kids cool off and burn off remaining energy in the pool while the adults were going to relax in courtyard with some drinks from the bar. Both were closed!!!! Total disappointment!
