The property overlooks the splendid sea of Realmonte (AG), a few meters from the Monterosso Tower (16th century), near the sandy beaches of Pergole and Giallonardo.

Vacanza rilassante e suggestiva
La casa, divisa in due appartamenti, è situata in una zona bellissima e tranquilla. Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo affittato quello al piano inferiore, dotato di ampio soggiorno e cucina, bagno e camera da letto. La vera chicca ? La veranda eterna con ampio tavolo e sedute per ammirare la splendida vista e il terreno che circonda la casa.

Schöne Location
Obwohl Giuseppe keine Zeit hatte, persönlich vorbei zu schauen, hat er sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar, vielen Dank nochmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Urlaubsgegend, sehr ruhig gelegen
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist einen Besuch wert. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und auch alleine gelegen. Aus diesem Grunde ist keine touristische Überlastung vorhanden und man kann sich super am Strand entspannen, ohne alle 5 Minuten von einem lästigen Strandverkäufer zum Kauf aufgefordert zu werden. Die Wohnung an sich hat eine gute Lage und ein großes Grundstück mit großer Terasse. Ein Manko ist aber, dass es sich nicht um das ganze Haus (Viletta) handelt, sondern nur um eine Wohnung. D.h. die Tachterasse mit Meerblick gehört z.B. schon zur zweiten Wohnung. Außerdem wird das gesamte Anwesen nachts extrem stark beleuchtet, was beim schlafen stört. Ein weitere negative Erfahrung war, dass zwar die Betten, Handtücher und Bad sauber, aber das Geschirr vollständig verträgt waren. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt einen kleinen negativen Dämpfer gegen.

Bellissimo posto!!!!
La casa si trova nella parte delle della località Pergole. Si gode di una bella vista sul mare ed è vicinissima (1 min. di auto) a delle belle spiagge e alla Scala dei Turchi. Possiede un giardino piacevole ove stare al sole ed una cucina munita di tutto per passare piacevoli serate con gli amici. Meraviglio il Giardino co alberi da frutto a disposizione degli ospiti. ABBIAMO MANGIATO DEI FICHI BUONISSIMI. il Signor di Giuseppe è una persona precisa e premurosa che cerca di mettere a loro agio ed accontentare i suoi clienti.

Super huisje bovenop de berg! Prachtig uitzicht en vlakbij een leuk strand. Mooie plek van waaruit je naar diverse bezienswaardigheden kunt rijden, zoals de vallei met tempels.

Une maison avec vue mer superbe au calme absolu.
Nous avons vivement apprécié notre séjour, très agréablement surpris par la location que nous avons trouvée encore plus agréable que sur les photos de l'annonce. Les terrasses, en particulier, sont de superbes lieux de vie: bien aménagées, elles offrent une vue exceptionnelle et vaste sur la mer. La maison est bien aménagée et vraiment très propre. Elle est idéalement située pour découvrir, entre autres, le site archéologique d'Agrigente et la Scala Dei Turchi (au soleil couchant, c'est vraiment magnifique!). Enfin, l'accueil est très agréable, véritablement présent et attentif tout en étant discret.

Villetta Pergole è un posto fantastico, sembra di raggiungere un eremo talmente sovrasta l’area dove posa le sue radici. Posta all’apice d’una collina, offre scorci invidiabili; da una parte l’entroterra siculo con le montagne declivi verso valle, dall’altra il mare aperto tagliato in due dal promontorio dove fa capolino faro di Capo Rossello. L’appartamento che il Sig. Giuseppe ci ha affidato è delizioso, composto da una spaziosa camera da letto, un bagno, una ampia cucina attrezzata e dulcis un fundo, punto forte della casa, una terrazza dove mangiare la sera al fresco sotto la veranda. Da qui appunto, è possibile avere quella vista a 180 gradi che accompagnerà le vostre cene indimenticabili.

Great view and location
We spent 10 days in this house.Very nice surrounding views.House is very well adapted for living.All necessary implements is here.Near house (1- 4 km.) is few interesting and different beaches.Living here ,a car is necessary.Owner Giuseppe is very helpful and wiling to help in all matters.This house ideal for people who likes quiet, tranquil holiday.

Beautiful beaches
We stayed one week in villa Pergole. Our family of 2 adults and children 10 and 11 years old. The weather was beautiful, and very hot!! The house itself is quite big, The house had no AC, but there were fans in every room to keep you cool at night. The kitchen is very comfortable and we founded there everything we needed. The bathroom is very clean, and the shower is very big. Pergole beach is better than in the picture, there's a bar where you can by drinks and icecream and rent a canoe or a pedalo. During our stay we visited Agrigento (15 minutes by car), Sciacca, and Selinunte all within 1/2 hour drive. The owner was very attentive and always helped us. this is a place we can highly recommend.

Consigliato
La villetta è molto meglio di quanto si vede in fotografia! Arredata con gusto e molto pulita, cucina completa di tutto, ma se vi dovesse mancare qualcosa basta chiedere (all'arrivo abbiamo chiesto al proprietario dei calici per il vino e lui li ha forniti immediatamente il giorno dopo). I letti sono nuovi e molto comodi, la doccia del bagno molto grande e spaziosa. Il pergolato è arredato con un grande tavolo in legno e sedie sdraio, è un piacere pranzare lì!! Possibile parcheggiare agevolmente l’auto all'interno della proprietà che ha un grande giardino attorno. Il mare sotto casa è raggiungibile in pochi minuti, la spiaggia delle Pergole e quella di Giallonardo sono davvero belle. La villa si trova in una posizione molto strategica a pochi minuti di auto da tutto (Scala dei Turchi - valle dei templi- riserva di Torre salsa). Il proprietario è gentilissimo.

un endroit magnifique
La villa "Pergole" est un merveilleux coin de paradis avec vue magnifique directe sur la mer.. Nous avons eu deux semaines merveilleuses dans villa “Pergole”. La maison est jusque dans les moindres détails et très propre et confortable. La maison est décorée avec un soin particulier, très spacieuse ( le salon/cuisine/salle à manger) fait près de 100m2 et parfaitement équipée. Il est possible à partir de la maison d'alterner visites culturelles (agrigento, piazza armerina, ect) et journée dans les plages plus belles de la Sicile (il y a des parcs naturels encore sauvage magnifiques à quelques kilométrés). Un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires a rendu le sejour encore plus agreable. La réception par Giuseppe était accueillante. Il nous a montré dans le village de siculiana plaisir voir des endroits pour manger à l'extérieur. Les habitants de Siculiana/realmonte sont amicaux et serviables et est à noter que le tourisme de masse ici est encore à découvrir. En bref un endroit à fi fortement recommandé, vous aimez vacances tranquilles dans un cadre détendu et belle.

Ho respirato aria pulita e di riposo
la casa è nuova pulita accoglienza ottima ( non manca niente negli utensili ed anche a servizio sale zucchero ed altro) le spiagge facili da raggiungere come anche Agrigento. A Siculiana Marina si mangia benissimo il pesce (ristorante consigliato dal locatore). Grazie

schönes, neuwertig eingerichtetes Appartment in ruhiger Lage auf Hügel an Küste
Wohnung war sehr sauber, wohnlich und neuwertig eingerichtet, wie beschrieben; die Lage ruhig, die Sicht aufs Meer und ins Landesinnere ist sehr schön; nur ist das Haus etwas weiter abgelegen als durch die Beschreibung vermutet, (nämlich auf einem großen Hügel an der Küste, schon von weitem sichtbar) und ist bei der Anreise nur mit dem Navi zu finden. Eine bessere Beschilderung schon nach Abfahrt von der Hauptstraße ist nötig, die Wegbeschreibung des Vermietres von googlemaps ist nicht ausreichend; schade nur, dass der Strand vor Ort nur mit dem Auto über eine teils steile und kurvige Straße erreichbar ist, aber viele schöne Strände sind nur einige Kilometer entfernt. Der junge Vermieter spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er will auch noch einen Internetzugang einrichten. Die Kaution erhebt er nur, weil er schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hat, bei Abreise bekommt man sie in bar zurück.

Stupendo
La costa è favolosa, abbiamo visitato una spiaggia diversa ogni giorno e sono tutte uno spettacolo. La casa è nuova, comoda e spaziosa. La cosa più bella è la terrazza con vista sulla Torre di Monterosso, da cui si vedono tramonti suggestivi. La casa è vicino al mare ma si trova proprio in cima al promontorio di Monterosso per cui è necessaria la macchina. I proprietario sono gentili e molto disponibili. Il cibo è ottimo ovunque.

Posto da favola!!
È stata una vacanza davvero bella. La villetta è nuovissima e dotata di tutti i confort. La spiaggia delle pergole si trova a meno di due minuti ed è davvero uno spettacolo della natura. Ci sono tanti posti da vedere facili da raggiungere con qualche minuto di macchina (Scala dei Turchi, Torre Salsa, Valle dei Templi). Il proprietario è stato cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento. Consigliato a chi cerca il mare ed il relax!!

verano de encanto
Estube en este sitio en el mes de August. La villa es muy limpia y tenia todo lo que se puede necesitar para disfrutar de una vacaciones. El sitio es perfecto para pasar una vacaciones en relax. La villa es muy cerca de la playa y en frente hay un monumento que se llama Torre de Monterosso. Giuseppe y su mujer son muy agradables. El proximo verano vuelveremos!
