"We stayed at the Radisson Blu Carlton for 7 nights in a premier room with a terrace. The room was very spacious and well kept, but the decor looked original to when the hotel reopened in 2001. We had room 103 and the only slight issue was on the first night the restaurant (not part of hotel) below ..."
